Where did all the lions, elephants and sealions go after they no longer worked at the circus? I thought you’d like to know.
This is the story of Lawrence the Lion who asks all sorts of animals if he could work for them. He has no specific talent until a wise owl makes him see he does have a skill to be put to good use. Children absolutely love this book for 5-6 year old children.

About the Author

I was the Regional Reporter to the Children’s Hearings until I retired in 2003. I have been writing books since 2003. I then became the writer in residence at Dumfries Prison. I am currently working on a novel about a double secret agent entitled The Solo Oboe. My deceased great-aunt, Frau Fleur Richter, led that remarkable life. I have inherited her oboe. I have just completed a book entitled Take The Lead, about all the dogs in my life. Immediately before that, Lawrence the Lion Seeks Work, a children’s book went global and entered the electronic book world. Having lived and worked in Pakistan and Ghana my writing is full of fresh ideas.
